Virtual learning 'slow to take off'
Schools and colleges are failing to use Virtual Learning Environments to their full potential.
VLEs include special computer systems that offer power point presentations, video clips and online coursework, designed to bring the most modern and up to date teaching into classrooms.
But an Ofsted survey has found that their use is still not as widespread as first hoped.
