Primary ICT - Advanced Whiteboard Techniques
In this programme, teacher and expert Simon Botten explores ways whiteboards can improve lesson planning and learning outcomes.
We feature three lessons in which Simon exploits the whiteboard with advanced software applications, and assesses the value of wireless connectivity and material for whiteboards generated by children themselves.

Excellent use4 December 2008 - 03:42Hi, brilliant use of technologies to improve learning and teaching. It really emphasises the point of how will used ICT can be an effective enabler for children's learning.
Other resources that can be used are the likes of google earth and also other VRE (virtual reality environments) such as second life.
Great work

ICT advanced14 August 2008 - 12:34Yes I use Myst III in my lessons, the children can't get enough of it. Their speaking and listening and their writing have improved beyond anything I could have wished for.
