top tips for getting that job24 June 2008 - 08:59Yes, great for BTEC First Diploma students...but aimed at teachers going for teaching posts! In which case it falls short of addressing the real interview process for teachers which almost always includes giving a presentation and teaching a lesson. I would have found it so much more helpful if these scenarios had been tackled, in addition to the interview.

I teach BTEC First Diploma students in Health & Social Care and this will be invaluable to prepare them for Unit 3- Vocational Experience. More on this kind of subject please, especially for 16 yr olds who are trying interviews for the first time.
