Great School Movies
Great School Movies should be watched in full before showing to students.
The school yard has been the setting for many inspirational films. In this collaboration between Teachers TV and Film Club, presenter Mark Eccleston counts down the entries that have made it into the top 10 before revealing the all-important top spot.
He is joined by guests Germaine Greer and Benjamin Zephaniah in discussing the winning entries and shows clips from the chosen films along with comments from teachers, film directors and politicians.
Thousands of teachers have been voting in the Teachers TV Great School Movies survey to try and decide on the greatest school movie of all time.
