Wellbeing at Work - Coping with Bullying Managers
Using a real-life case study of intimidation and workplace bullying at a school, experts give advice on where to find help and support if it happens to you.
With workplace bullying amongst teachers more common than most people realise, this video looks at what you should do if you feel you're being intimidated by a senior colleague.
The video is based on the true story of a middle-aged teacher who was targeted by a new headteacher. The teacher's actual words are used as events unfold and he's left increasingly depressed and isolated.
Experts give their opinion on how the teacher should have responded and how the headteacher should have approached her desire for sweeping changes at the school.
