Summary
A video for KS2 and KS3 science lessons looking at the causes of obesity and what can be done to counteract overeating.
The issues behind overeating, such as appetite, are examined as well as possible explanations such as depression and the addictive aspects of some foods.
But the video explains how breaking the habit can be difficult as we get pleasure from eating.
