Follow a team of staff from a school in Hackney as they try to become expert morris, clog and sword dancers in just 24 hours to raise money for Comic Relief.
Kevin Ward is the headteacher at Holmleigh Primary School in Hackney, east London. He has no idea that he and two other staff members are about to be told they have just 24 hours to complete a very ambitious challenge: becoming traditional folk dancers.
